Does magic exist in this AU?  That is to say, obviously we’re in a very different setting from the one presented in the books.  But are there still shadow-priests, only with Gnostic rather than R’hllorian trappings?  Do dragon eggs lurk in Daenerys Targaryen’s snakeskin handbag?  Are dead people up north in Leeds in danger of coming back to life?
